Meet Rina Cuff, the visionary behind the café.
She’s a mother, advocate, and creative force who understands what it feels like to search for a space that just… fits. As a parent to children with sensory sensitivities, she knew firsthand how limited options were when it came to finding public places that felt peaceful, welcoming, and inclusive. So, she built her own.
With deep love and purpose, Rina’s Sweet Café was born:
a haven for flavor and feelings.
A soft, supportive space where children can be themselves and parents can breathe where every detail, from the gelato to the gentle lighting, was crafted with care.
This café reflects more than a business dream it’s part of Rina’s mission to normalize neurodiversity, create safe moments of joy, and build generational change through intentional entrepreneurship.

At Rina's Sweet Café, we're more than just dessert. We're creating a sensory-safe space where everyone especially families with neaurodivergent children can feel seen, celebrated, and completely at ease.
We believe joy should be accessible, memories should be magical, and no one should have to choose between delicious and inclusive.

A Scoop of the beginning
It all began with a whisk, a dream, and a kitchen full of sugar, sass, and late-night recipe tests. In 2020, Rina published her first cookbook, a love letter to flavor, comfort, and family tradition. But it was more than recipes. It was a preview of joy she wanted to serve the world.
Rina's Sweet Cafe grew from that same intention: to create a place where dessert means connection, and inclusion is the main ingredient. Inspired by her neurodivergent children and powered by purpose, she's turning scoops into smiles one sweet memory at a time.
